The comprehensive service order in the digital age
Anything that goes beyond quick problem solving within the scope of Visual Support, such as extensive machine maintenance or operator training, can be covered by the Visual Instruct module.
As usual, you will receive a cost estimate, fixed deadlines and a dedicated service engineer from VOLLMER. The VOLLMER service department is responsible for handling and shipping spare parts or components. The only difference is that the service technician does not work on-site, but provides digital live transmissions to instruct and support your employees.
