THE GERMAN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT AWARD 2021 2021-09-08

The Human Resources Management Award is one of the most prestigious HR awards in the German-speaking area and is presented by the F.A.Z. Group. The award honours HR managers who push the further development of their company and the HR function with innovative projects. VOLLMER is one of the three finalists in the category "Training" and has reached the entry into the final perfectly. In the next step, the finalists will compete for the first place with their projects at the fair trade “Zukunft Personal Europe“. The award ceremony and announcement of the winners will take place on 16 September in Berlin.

The German Human Resources Management Award is presented by the trade magazine “Personalwirtschaft“ in cooperation with the fair trade “Zukunft Personal Europe“ and is one of the most renowned awards in the HR scene. This year, the top-class jury will once again award prizes to HR managers in six categories: Recruiting, Training, Talent Management, Corporate Health Management, Leadership and HR Digital.

VOLLMER also has nothing to hide with its HR projects. Especially during the Corona pandemic, exciting projects have arised, for example the "Internship to go" and numerous campaigns in digital training marketing. The jury also recognised this and nominated VOLLMER in the Training category. The presentation of the German Human Resources Management Award 2021 will take place at the end of the trade fair “Zukunft Personal EUROPE“! During the fair, the nominated projects will be presented in the form of webinars and then reviewed by HR professionals from all over Germany. Who will take the first place ultimately in the category, will be decided by the votes in the online voting. The winners of this year's German Human Resources Management Award will be announced on 16 September 2021. The award ceremony will take place in the Atrium of the F.A.Z. in Berlin.
