VOLLMER Group Restructures Its Executive Management 2026-08-06

The VOLLMER Group is realigning its executive management to address the company's future challenges. Heinz Verfürth assumes overall responsibility for the commercial functions, including Finance & Controlling, IT, Administration and Purchasing. He will lead the Group together with Managing Director Tobias Trautmann, whose responsibilities will expand to include Engineering and Production alongside the customer- and market-facing functions.

Heinz Verfürth is a proven finance and transformation expert with many years of experience in managing industrial companies, successfully driving transformation processes, and stakeholder management. His expertise will help further strengthen the Group's financial stability and consistently advance the measures already initiated to secure the company's long-term future.

As part of this realignment, Ralf Großhauser will step down from the Executive Management Board. He has decided to make way for the next phase of the company's development.
