Leadership transition at the Italian subsidiary of the Vollmer Group: Benjamin Paganelli has assumed the position of Managing Director of VOLLMER Italia S.r.l. He succeeds Ruggero Bano, who has successfully led the company’s development over recent years.
To ensure maximum continuity for customers and partners, Ruggero Bano will remain with the subsidiary. Effective immediately, he will focus entirely on sales, contributing his extensive market and customer expertise before retiring at a later date.
International Leadership Expertise for the Italian Market
With Benjamin Paganelli, VOLLMER Italy gains an experienced industry expert. He brings more than 25 years of sales and management experience in advanced industrial technologies and machine tool engineering, where he successfully led sales organizations at a European level over many years. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer in the mechanical engineering sector.
With his leadership expertise, Paganelli is ideally positioned to continue VOLLMER’s growth trajectory in Italy. To ensure a completely seamless transition at the top, he and Ruggero Bano are currently working closely together during a structured handover phase.
