Services for maintenance, training or financing form the heart of VOLLMER Services, which are increasingly available digitally and web-based with V@dison solutions. The majority of our digital services under one interface where users can quickly find their way around, for a comprehensive customer experience that will seamlessly link everything in the future - that is the goal of the V@dison customer portal.
It will be presented to you for the first time at GrindingHub and will offer our customers exclusive access to digital services such as a spare parts store, a machine overview or technical documentation in the future. In addition, customers can use the customer portal to send us support requests for machines or services, regardless of time and location.
VOLLMER's sustainability initiative is under the slogan "Sharpening sustainability. Because the future demands responsibility." In doing so, we are taking an offensive approach to sustainability-oriented development, with measures that really fit our company and are authentic. Sustainability must not be exhausted in spreading messages, but should always be linked to actions. For VOLLMER, every small decision or measure can make a big difference.
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube are currently the four pillars on which VOLLMER has based its social media strategy. The combination of text, sound and images enables us to present machines, services and companies in a well-founded and target group-oriented manner. In particular, the technology, use and benefits of our sharpening machines can be conveyed digitally in a vivid way using words and moving images. VOLLMER's goal is also to explain well-founded content and general expertise on sharpening technologies.
Network with us. We will keep you up to date on social media on a regular basis.
VOLLMER regularly designs new WEB-SEMINARS for you, which digitally convey knowledge about sharpening and introduce you to the world of VOLLMER machines and services. The online seminars cover topics such as tool grinding, eroding diamond tools or the digital maintenance of machines. Within 45 minutes, there are well-founded insights into theory and practice and you can ask your own questions via a chat.
Or take advantage of our latest digital innovation: the DIGITIAL 360-DEGREE TOUR gives interested parties and customers web-based access to the virtual showroom. The animated 360-degree panorama features all the machines that are also on display in the TDZ in Biberach: Grinding and eroding machines for rotary tools made of carbide or tipped with PCD (polycrystalline diamond), as well as carbide-tipped circular saws.
But most of all we are looking forward to the personal exchange with you. Stop by and visit us at the GrindingHub.
